Easy Return

At kajerbazar.in, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our lightweight, non-slip sneakers priced at just ₹99. Returns are available with a simple request via email to make the process as hassle-free as possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase—whether it’s due to fit, style, or any other reason—you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To start, please send an email to contact@kajerbazar.in with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item. Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us.

The sneakers must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them to qualify for a return.

We offer a full refund upon successful return pickup. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Cash on Delivery adjustments).

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped. If you face any issues, our support team is available to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled by sending a request via email. If you wish to cancel, email us at contact@kajerbazar.in with your order number before the order is dispatched.

Since orders are usually shipped on the same working day, please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can still request a return as per the Easy Return policy.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped on the same working day if placed before 2 PM IST (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 3–4 days across India.
• Tracking details are sent via SMS or email.
• Shipping is free on all orders.
